The next step in the adoption process was to receive NOC (No Objection Certificate) from CARA (Central Adoption Resource Agency). We learned that our acceptance papers had reached India and that they were already at CARA..

The normal processing time for CARA was around 30 days. On June 24th, we heard that we had NOC.. Yeah!!!..

We also got another bit of good news.. We got an update about Arghya; he's meeting all his milestones, he has started to crawl. Isnt that great??? He does not have hypertonicity in his limbs.. God is Great!!!
